Tropic Aire Humidifier

atrax27407 Feb 08, 2004 06:34 AM

Has anyone had any experience (positive or negative) with the Tropic Aire Humidifier? This is the one that is powered by an aquarium air pump and listed in Reptile Direct.

I just recently asked about this gizmo. None of the responses were from people who had tried one, but they did point out that the terrarium must be sealed for it to work very well - otherwise the humidity just escapes into the whole room/house. I thought this a good point, and decided to pass on trying it.

So is there anyone who HAS tried it that is willing to comment? Maybe I'm wrong, I don't know...

Thanks!
