Can some one tell me if my monitor sounds scared or stressed? please help.

My monitor is always in his hide box. i dont really ever see him come out of it. He used to but he doesn't anymore. I have had him for some where around two moths now. for the last month he hasn't been doing very good. He will only eat once or twice a week. The times when he does want to eat he wont eat more than one mouse. he used to eat 2 though. When i put my hand in the cage to move stuff around and he is sleeping he wount wake up. He sleeps just about all day. the only time he realy ever wakes up is when he is woken up by me. I took him to the vet and he had parasites so they wormed him and he is going again next week for his second dose. Do you think his behavior has to do with the parasites. would they make him not want to eat. Should he be feeling better by now? Here is some extra info that i hope will help. His temps are: basking 150 ambient temps are around 85. the cgae drops down on the cool side to about 70 degrees. For substrate he has cypress mulch. he had his first and only dose so far last monday, so it has almost been a week. should he be feeling better yet. can some one pleas pleas help me i realy want to get him better.
