What can this be?

I have a six month old beardie that is on the smaller side. She has had a few problems over the last few months(attacked by a larger dragon, not eating for a few weeks, and swollen mouth) and she has survived. She has what looks like a dried up and flat small piece of rope ( 1/2 inch long and 1/10 inch wide) coming out of her private area. It is black in color. She has normal poops and seems ok. Any thoughts? Thanks!

It sounds like a dead tape worm, but that's from observations i've made from other animals.

It's possible it is a prolapse. Are you sure it was black in the beginning? Could it have dried up w/o you noticing.
Whatever it is, it isn't supposed to be there. If your dragon is on sand, get it off and see a vet ASAP!!
