empty 10 gallon. what lizard or frog species will fit?

jlizard Feb 08, 2004 08:19 PM

i have an empty 10 gallon. I know not much can fit in there but it worth the shot. Im leanin more towards a land/water tank due to the fact i already have it setup. its mostly land but can be changed. I was wondering what frogs or lizards can fit in here. Im leaning more towards Firebelly toads, Pacman frogs, Tree frogs,or anoles i will get pics wen setup is done.

If you plan to keep the tank semi-aquatic, I can't think of any small lizards that will work. Maybe 1 anole max. if you provide lots of climbing foliage. Definitely not a leopard gecko if you plan to have water in there.

no leopard gecko wouldn't work with the water design.

Also, that tank is too small for a WTF (min 20 gallon for 1 WTF.

FBT, GTF and pacman would work.

first you dhould concider the type of vivarium you want. do you want a desert or tropical or jungle forest or what? a pladarium is good for FireBellied Toads or newts, salamanders if you set it up right. for something simple an anole or stenodactylus would work good; both are on opposite ends of the climate and such so read...if you need help with this let me know.
