I was wondering if anyone has attended the Midwest Reptile show in Indianapolis and if it is worth it. I'm planning to go next month, but living in Wisconsin I'd hate to drive 7 hours for it to be a drag.

I drive almost 3 hours one direction. And I would drive 4 hours each way with no trouble. That's how much I like this show.

The people are great. The show keeps getting better. And the quality of animals is high. It's a monthly show and we try to go at least every other month.

Is your 7 hour drive one way? If it's a total round trip, then I would say GO. If it's 7 hours one way, that's kinda far for me to go to any show. Just my thoughts.

Thanks, I will probably make it a weekend trip then since I live in Wisconsin. There's one March 28th, I sent an email and they will have about 85 tables and an attendance of 800-1000 for that particular event.

I would wait for the Tinley Park show in Chicago.It's a great show and half the distance.

I'll do some looking around, see if I can find some info. I will most definately be there.

I went and to be honest was not real impressed. It was my first show and didn't live up to what I expected. I posted on it and go a lot of responses. Check out my post on Jan 26 that is on the second page. I also posted on snakes-general form and got about the same feedback.
