eating and over eating?

I dont know if im feeding to little or too much. Heres what he eats...

Mon-sat= 2-3 crickets (one dusted) 1-2 mealworms(all food fed oranges)

Sun- 2-3 (one dusted) 0-1 meales 1 waxworm (Bad for him but It's only one day a week.)

Its dusted with reptivite.
Hes 4"-41/2" long.
