most impt, perhaps, what temp do you have them at?
what did the person you got them frojm say about their eating habits?
what temps did he have them at?
also, from that person: when did they last eat?
when did they last shed?
these are all important in deciding whether it matters at all that they haven't eaten for you for a week, and if it does matter, what to do about it!
