? on ackie eye problem, rubbing and watery

Hey all, I have a question about a problem with one of my ackies. background info-
Husbandry: 4x2x2 cage basking area 120, ambient 78-79, fresh water every other day, 3 yellow ackies approx. 3-4 months old, substrate peat moss 3/4 fine sand 1/4, crickets dusted with mineral and herbtivite alternating every 2 days.

I noticed one of them sitting with one eye shut and 1 open. I looked closer and it had some watery discharge. The ackie in ? is always rubbing that side of his head against stuff in the cage. No loss in appetite that I can tell. Could he/she have something in it and just wait for it resolve itself or could it be something else?
yesterday I noticed one of the others doing it but today he/she is fine.

I would appreciate any input,
