Even if he won't eat, he'll probably drink. Place him in about 1/2" of warm water (98 - 100 degrees). The water should be as warm as a warm bath but it should not burn you. If it burns you it will burn the uro. I use a rubbermade container that I place above the kitchen sink for bathing. That way it's easy to clean out. Keep warming up the water as water that shallow will cool quickly. If he seems nervous, you can slowly back away so you can still see him and sometimes this will relax them enough to drink. Some uro's will not drink at all when being watched. But stay close enough to catch him if he decided to leap out.
When I got my uros they didn't eat for over a month. They lost a little weight but keeping them hydrated is what makes the difference. Also, keep your uro warm. Drafty areas or too low of temps will almost always cause respiratory problems and later on pneumonia.
