my gecko laid some eggs yesterday morning and the eggs have lightly dented a little bit in different places, i know this is not good, so any help with how to take care of these eggs will be greatly appreciated.

That is not uncommon if they dry out a little before you get to them. Try placing a damp paper towel or moss over them and they should plump up. If they don't harden then they are infertile.
