My 1 1/2 week babies seem to either have their eyelids shut or it appears they might not have eyes! Is this common or is this a deformity. I have hand fed them and they so far seem fine. Any advice guys?

Photo would be nice...
But it does sound bad, but I have very little experience.
From the few breeders I have talked to, eye deformities are usually the most common problems, but not as severe as you are talking about, it is usually due to bad incubation temperatures.
deformed eyes and eyelids seem to be the most common deformities and the genral census is that it is either a.) tempature related, as in tempature fluzuations or b.) a vitamin deficiancy in the mother hence being pased to the offspring.
normally these geckos do not do well on their own and alot of time they seem to have deformities that we cant see......
