I was elated when I spoke to the vet yesterday morning and was told that he was holding his own and had even nibbled on some greens. I appreciate this forum so much. The replys on this forum prepared me to discuss his treatment with more confidence. I inquired about the nebulizing drug and was told it is Amikacin. I asked that he not be injected again with the Batril but instead be given it orally. She said she would have it compounded for him. Also, vet said maybe it was good for the tort that he "brought up" so much liquid/mucus on Saturday and the blood that presented may have come from a small broken vessel. That's what I'm hoping too. I didn't see him yesterday but I dropped off some of his favorite food, Mazuri. A big thank-you to this forum for being there for me. I'll post more when events occur.

It sounds like you have a neat vet. It also sounds like things are under control. Best wishes.
