Does anybody have any experience with the midest gloves. Are they puncture proof?

Especially if you keep some of the larger fanged vipers...... I am pretty sure a big gaboon will easily puncture the glove...... Kevlar can stop bullets but it cant stop a knife......

The Midwest gloves are ABSOLUTELY NOT puncture-proof, but supposedly puncture-resistant. I wear them simply for an extra layer of protection, although I know friends who have had the gloves punctured (including a WDB bite that went "through the glove like it wasn't there". DO NOT depend on them to stop a full-on bite; as Midwest says, make every effort to avoid the bite in the first place. Hope this helped.
Sincerely,

No idea how that smiley got in there; rest assured, it wasn't my intent at all.

yes, it seemed kinda cruel of you to put a smiley when talking about a friend who got nailed by an atrox Did he actually get envenomated?

Drew blood, but a dry bite venom-wise.
