UPDATE!!

dazz Feb 10, 2004 02:35 AM

I took my wee fella to the vets yesterday for a second opinion and the vet also suspects a parasite or worms (thats why he is so skinny) so he was given 0.06ml of panacure paste as his body weight is only 16g. I think he is about 6/7 months mybe and 12" in lengh, so he is very underweight for his size and age.

I forgot to ask the vet if i should still be syringing him with 2ml of organic fruit baby food along with a couple of crushed waxworms twice daily or should i just wait for his appetite to pick up?? Ill get you posted on his progress..

Regards Darren

to get rid of those worms, thats a good thing. He should start to get more active, and his appetite will pick up also.

But it still would not hurt to give him a little special care and food till then,

Hope to see your guys pic soon, Welcome to the Collared GANG !! Hahhahaha ! You seem like a good lizard DAD
