Is anyone familiar with the GNC Performance MEGA MULTI vitamins?, i bought them from GNC health store for myself but i wanna know if its good to give to a beardie. they help with muscle growth and make for a faster tissue reproduction to allow muscle to grow faster, if u wanna know exactly whats in it, just let me know. if that will help u give me a better answer

No multi-vitamin alone is going to produce muscle growth...they are just using tricky marketing lingo. Out of curiosity, what is in it...no need to list amounts.

Looks like a good multi for yourself, but there is nothing in that list that will help you see real results as far as muscle growth is concerned. I don't know if that is the reason you bought it, but if you want to know what you need to do for muscle growth, drop me an email. As for as using for your beardies, I suppose you could. I just don't know why you would want to considering the reptile specific supps. we have available to us today. Before I say a final why not, could you tell me the amounts of d,e,a and iron in a dose(list what that is also...i.e. two tablets).

Like Lisa said, my email is at the bottom of my signature...lol. I suppose you could use it to supply vitamins to your dragon, but I would pick up something like herptivite or the t-rex BD cricket dust or veggie dust. If I were to use it, I would crush a 2-3 tablets and mix it with a jar of rep-cal w/d3 or miner-all I.
