Chubbs has been rubbing the top of her head against different objects in her cage today. She's over a year old now,is it possible she could be getting ready to shed? I haven't noticed any signs of shedding(discoloration or anything) any suggestions?

My five month old is going through a major shed and he itches his body all over the place. He seems especially itchy around his head.
Note: My red flame dragon who is totally grey!
