Yep.

All you have to do is place the URL to the picture in the box at the bottom where it says "Image URL" after you type whatever text you want in the text box. You can also insert your own HTML code in the text box and insert the image there so you can control how the text lays out around the image easier. The HTML is simple. The command is enclosed in brackets. To insert an image, start with "img" (enclosed in the square brackets instead of the "" that I used). This tells the computer that the next character starts the URL link to the image you want to post. Then at the end of your URL type "/img" (also substitute the brackets here). The /img in brackets tells the computer that it has reached the end of the URL. I can't put the command in it's proper form here (in brackets) because then the computer will think I'm trying to insert an image (it's not smart enough to know I'm just showing an example. Click reply to this message and look under the text box and you will see the boxes for automatically inserting links and images. All this does is put the HTML code in for you. If you click on the blue link that says "Tools and Toys", it will show you how to structure various HTML commands within the text box.

You need to make sure the photo is in a supported file structure (such as jpeg or gif), and that it's not too big.
