I cannot believe my good fortune!

I bought an adult pair of Children's Pythons a month or so ago. Well, she started looking pretty obviously gravid the first week here and I thought, "How unbelievably cool"......She shed 22 days ago and today, in three hours time, she laid 14 eggs! All look good, even size, veining. I would have been thrilled with half a dozen! 14! Now I am gonna have a breakdown worrying while they incubate.
Here she is when we thought she had 8....it was already 11.

Sonya,
You are very lucky you got them and she was already gravid!
That female is gorgeous! Have you got any full body shots of her? We have an 02 female that is nearly hypo. It was much lighter than the rest of the clutch a friend of ours hatched. Now we are just looking to pick up the perfect male. We are waiting to see what my friend hatches out this season to see if we can get a good mate from him. But if that goes south, I may want to see what you get!
Again, congratulations.

I don't have any of her full out but have a couple of her. One, when she had been here a few days and I realized she was gravid.

and another when she didn't want to give up her clutch just yet.

I will get more shots of both soon. She got weighed and fed this morning. She was up over a pound before she lay. Today she is 345grams. She did snatch a fuzzy mouse this morning. But she was a bit slower to swallow it and I want to give her settle down time. Darwin, her mate, has the most incredible feeding response of any snake I have had. Fast little thing. He is smaller then her, like around 285grams.
Anyway, rambling. This is worse then being pregnant!
