WHAT DO RED SPOTS ON THE BELLY OF A BP MEEN???? PLZ HELP NP

Well without pics or further description no one can really say what it is. But it SOUNDS like scale rot (AKA blister disease). If it is it is due to, to humid of conditions or dirty conditions.

Put the snake on paper towel, or news paper, put only the hides, and a water bowl big enough for it to soak in. No extra climbing branches or anything. Make sure the UTH does not go above 90-95.

It should come off with the next shed.
No one can really help you without pics. Or without seeing it in real life.
It could also be burns so You should take it to your herp vet.
