night time temp for baby sucatta

hi everyone,i've read many different caresheets that said all different night temps.what is the lowest they can go.my house can get down to 65degrees at night.the sulcatta station caresheet says they can go to 60degrees.wondering how low of a temp everyone lets there's drop.thanks in advance for any replies.mike

I hight recommend that babies go no lower than 75 to 80. It's not what they can tolerate but what gives you the results that you are probably looking for in your pet tortoise.I believe this prevents many problems.
Because of their small mass I think they would chill easy which is never good.

Teddy slept at 78-80 degrees at night which was maintained
by a ceramic heater on a thermostat which was off center of
where he slept. 60 - 65 is a night time temp for ADULTS
not hatchlings. Until they're at least 10 pounds don't
go to room temps. I would never let a hatchling or a small
tortoise get so cold.
As a bigger tortoise now (50 plus pounds) he still has that
same ceramic heater along with an air heater keeping his cottage
no lower than 65 at night, more like 68.
