I have ordered from there and the service is fine if you can get someone on the phone to take your order. I would suggest reptilefood.com I was turned onto them here in the forum and am very happy. 10 bucks per thousand no matter how many you buy .... wormman only charges 10 bucks per thousand but they only ship 5 day I think? It cost me like 32 bucks for overnite delivery for 2000 crickets and they were very healthy. No dead ones and it was cold. Hopep this helps.

I was thinking about ordering crix from them, since shipping is included.

I've only ordered from them twice. I just ordered from them through the net two weeks ago and I still havent seen my criks. I just emailed them to see what the deal is. Im getting really aggrivated b/c I have to keep going to my local shop and get a dozen for a dollar.
Yeah same thing happened to my Mom, she ordered some Superworms and it took them 16 days to arrive, and actually that shipment was a reshipment because the previous order took 6 days to arrive. Needless to say both orders were completely dead and pretty rank when they showed up. And actually getting through to someone on the phone there is next to impossible.

It all depends on where you live, the best thing to do is just do a google search for Cricket sellers and try to find and buy from the one that is closest to you. Even if you end up paying a few dollars more its better to buy from a dealer that is close to you. Wormman is in Jersey so you if you live on the West Coast then I wouldn't buy from there.
