Single batch thing of media for my flys

I think I might just make a single jar of flies. Does anyone have any amounts that I could make just for a single jar? I have all the ingredients for the power mix I just don't know how much I should use for only 1

8 tablespoons of Potato Flakes
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
2/3 tablespoon of brewers yeast
some multi vitamins if you wish
and also, some oatmeals if you want
