I forgot to mention on my previous inquiry that the turtle's right eye appears to have blood in the bottom half. Again, any suggestions???

I agree with the previous post, try food that moves, with the blood in his eye, it could be caused by several things, but most likely infected. Can you tell if it is bothering your turtle at, it could also be blindness in the one eye. My one painted turtle is blind in the right eye, my friend and I rescued this one after seeing a crow trying its luck at eating the then hatchling turtle. Keep the turtle warm and try live food, and personally id run the lil guy to the vet.
