If your humidity is high, you need more holes in the container. Try adding few more at a time. You'll need to get another heat pad for the other side. Before you do anything though please let us know what are your temps and humidity? This information could help us to answer your questions.

I encountered the same problem with the heat that you describe.

The solution that best suite my needs was to dedicate a snake room and bring the ambient heat of the room up to 78 degrees. I use an oil filled electric heater to do this.

I realize this may be impractical for you if you only have a few snakes, sorry I have no advise on fixing the problem any other way since this was the only workaround I tried. What is the air temp in the room you house your snake(s)??

As for the holes here is a picture of a temporarily decommissioned tub that shows the hole pattern I use and it works good for me. There is an approximate equal spacing all the way around the tub.
I have also played around with air holes in the top I didn’t notice any real difference in the two variations in my particular set up.

Hope this helps some

Ok, now the picture is clearer of your set-up. I had the same problem initially when I set up my rubbermaid. To bring the cool side temp up, add another heat pad or a UTH with a thermostat. If using a heat pad, set it on low. Mine usually stays between 80-85 degrees on low.
You can add holes to the side or top, but to make it simple just add them to the sides, 2 or 3 at a time and wait to see how that affects the humidity. 80% is too high long-term and can lead to health problems. Shoot for 45-60%.
Not to be picky but, it doesn't sound like you know what your warm side temp is "like 95 i would say." Please make sure you have a thermometer measuring the temp, or better yet, an infrared heat gun (see ad $25). That's the cheapest I've ever seen one.
