mikeandmegan Feb 11, 2004 10:37 PM

we feed crickets about every other day, and CGD on the other days. ive heard that crickets should be dusted with calcium and vitamins anywhere from everytime to once per week? is twice weekly a pretty standard frequency?

2 a week would work for adults...You can also use the t-rex leopard gecko dust for your cresteds and dust every feeding. It contains alot of the high quality ingredients as the CGD just in different ratios to "balance" the nutrition of you feeder insects. If you were to opt for using this product you would not need a seperate calcium and vitamin supp, and you don't need to worry about how often to use.
good luck
