What kinda frog is this?

The store said red legged walking frog...

after looking at some picture of one I'm begining to think this isnt a red legged walking frog, this little bugger gets bright red!!

It is called "bifasciatus" because one morph has two very distinct lines down the back. Yours is the morph with a solid red back. It is noted for the flexibility of its neck and is sometimes also called a "snakenecked frog". It is from Southern Africa.
