the last mice that he eats,is quite bigger than normal.a bit bigger that the thickest part of the snake is it because i over fed it?i normaly give him food ones every 5days.is he just fasting?

and today i saw that he did't shut he's mouth, like he had a swolen gum.what is it?

he's still coils up it the brances and is still active.bites at anything that touch it.

i saw today, when i open his mouth, that most of his left side teeth have "broken",with some whitish slime around the left side gum.

could this have happen because he had bite randomly at the last few mice i tried to feed him,and that he had punctured his own gum?

need help here!

Sounds like an advanced case of mouth rot to me. It could be caused by several factors, not just an injury. My advice is, take it to a qualified REPTILE vet. The wound needs to be cleaned out and the snake put on anti-biotics. Good luck and keep us posted.
