kyle_rex Feb 12, 2004 11:01 AM

Today when i came home from school, my beardies was up on his log basking like usual, i noticed he had taken a rather large poop. i looked at my beardie and he was rather wrinky, but then when i fed him his crickets, the wrinkles seem to have diapeared. Is this normal?

any info would be greatly appreciated!

thank you, kyle

he may have been a bit dehydrated or just hungry. When they eat a big meal it fills them out nicely so the wrinkles may just be because he digested all his food and had a good poo at the end. I would mist him and/or give him a nice warm bath to let him drink some water, to be on the safe side. I really don't think it is anything to worry abut though, dragons look alot more sunken in when severely dehydrated.
