My gravid female Nosy Be has stopped eating and is restlessly wandering around in her cage. According to my calculations from last time the eggs would be due either tomorrow or the next day but she stopped eating on Monday and went down to the laying bin and dug a small hole but stopped digging and went back up to her plant. She has dug several holes and stopped digging several times but no deep hole or eggs yet.
Should I panic yet? She is not eating and it has been 4 days.
She only drinks water. She moves and wanders back and forth all over the cage. I did not want her gravid again since she laid a clutch in late Dec. but she must have retained sperm. I only knew she was gravid becuse she became her receptive colors stayed that way a while and then turned gravid colors like last time and became reclusive and aggressive just like last time.
Should I give her anything? or is this normal?
Last time she dug and laid her clutch all at one time.
