Can anyone tell me the sex on this 02 ball python. This snake is about 400g now. I try to take a detail picture on snake's tail. Thanks.

find someone who knows what they're doing and get them to probe him/her. You can not visually sex a BP. Genetics, environment, feeding, etc can effect weight, etc.

Can't tell from pictures. You'll need to have the snake probed by someone who knows what they are doing.

Justin J was right when he said you can't tell by pictures, but I'd like to add that you can't tell for sure. I read that a good way to guess is by the length of the tail; males have longer tails than females. Your ball python's tail looks as long as the tail of the pyton I just got; and I think it's a girl. But there's no way to tell for sure unless you get it probed. I also have a rosy boa who has a relatively long tail; I think it's a boy, but I haven't had either probed. I guess if you're not going to breed snakes, it's not that big of a deal, unless you don't want to end up giving a girl's name to a boy snake!
