baby coastal gone off-feed???

Hi, first time post on this forum. Anyway, people my little coastal refused the last meal about 2wks. ago. He's just been perched on his limb since then.I don't handle him much, he has stopped biting, but still lunges(mouth shut), and lastly I keep him dry as far as his enclosure goes. Even after he feeds he won't use the heat pad at all. I have'nt owned a baby carpet in some years, so I'm kinda rusty. Any help would be appreciated.

Is he going into shed maybe? How long has it been since it's last shed, also has anything changed in it's environment? Are they the same feeders as he was regularly taking? (place purchased/size/etc.)
