I have to have something to lock down the screen top of my 10 gallon tank for my classroom leo (the only school "policy"/preference I've been informed of). Where can I get this??

*Whenever you lose a gecko, just think of it as God building on his own Leopard Gecko collection

I doubt i leo could escape from a 10 gallon with a screen top or even no top unless there was a branch leading out. Leos are pretty small and fragile things. if you can just put a textbook over the screen.
