A pic of the yellow rat male hatchling......

Spardawolf Feb 13, 2004 09:44 AM

Sorry guys, I am not very with it, as far as what the different hatchlings look like. I have previously only had corns, and 1BP. I thought she looked a little like a corn, but thought maybe the yellow babies change as they get older. This is the male yellow that Terry sent. He is a great guy, and I told him that I wasn't holding him on a replacement for the female that he made a mistake with. Everyone makes mistakes, and I would happily buy a female from him later on. Anyway, here is the pic of the male. He is a real little cutie!!

Nice looking little guy! I love watching them grow out of their spots and into their stripes.

They are cool to watch grow and go through their color changes.
I have an '03 female from Dwight Good and she is looking more and more yellow with every shed!! If your into corns, you will love these guys, and be careful, the rats are addictive. I have a KY local black rat, albino black rat, everglades and the yellow. Plan on a few more rats as well!! Really great snakes, good luck with yours!!

Thanks, I know what you mean about addictive. I started with one okeetee corn, last Feb, and now have 9 corns, 6 rats, and 1 BP. There are just so many beautiful snakes out there, everytime I look at everyones pics I find another one that I want. I do have to slow down, at least until I get my rack system built. (LOL)
That is one pretty little yellow you have there. I can't wait until my little guy starts changing colors.
