it looks like from the pic that you have them just crawling around your laptop; if so, NOT A GOOD IDEA and this just gives responsible venomous herp owners a big black eye. These snakes are small but they have a very potent venom and to have two like that, in that setting, well, is just setting yourself up for a potential disaster. If you want to show pics of your nice looking 'saugas, do so while they are in the cage or properly restrained. But, they are nice looking snakes.

See it is the pic..sorry ..easy to misinterpret..yours charlie

That first shot really through me off becuase it really looked like your snakes were out of their cage....my apologies for jumping to conclusions w/out inquiring first. Those are GREAT looking massasaugas; robust, active and very nicely patterned.
Please accept my apologies. Rob
Charlie,
I couldn't view the pic, but what color is the belly of the "grey" one and if you get a shed skin can you count the number of dorsal scale rows? I'd be skeptical that its a S. c. c. but the above features would be able to tell us.

Sorry, I can't see the picture - the only snake I see is the fabulous "red cross on white ground rattler".
