I've heard of two cases of female ball pythons producing and hatching eggs without contact with a male for years (possibly ever) but it appears to be rather rare and I didn't hear of any complications as I think are sometimes the case with the lizards. There is a Burmese python in Europe that is supposedly cloning her self but that hasn't been documented in ball pythons yet.
Long story short... one can't say it's impossible, but for operational purposes, go with a big NO.
