I'm a Nursing supervisor. My dad was on my floor. Everynight before I went home,I told him I loved him. the night he passed,was a VERY BAD night @ work. My Dad was in alot of pain.I called the DR. to get him pain medication,nothing strong. My Dad never took pain medication...so it didn't take much.
I went to check on him & was pleased to see him finally resting.My Dad was asleep, so I let him be & went home. Two hrs later I got a call to come down to work, that my Dad was bad off.
When I got there, The good Lord had called him home. I am sad,but glad to see my Dad is no longer suffering. Thr night he passed was the only night I didn't tell him.... " I love you"
PLEASE ! If you have someone close to you, a spouse,children,kin.............tell em you love em every chance you get! You never know if it will be the last time you tell em.
My Dad knew I loved him with ALL my heart......I just wished I would have got to tell him for the last time.
I know this is off topic. ALOT of you here are my friends. Just needed to vent & to remind you to ALWAYS tell the people you love that ya do love em. It might be the last time you do.

TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR FATHER, BUT HE IS IN A MUCH BETTER PLACE NOW. I KNOW WE HAVE NEVER PERSONALLY MET BUT YOUR BUDDY BARRY (AKA MOE)HAS VISITED MY PLACE SEVERAL TIMES, AND I FEEL AS IF I KNOW YOU, FROM HERE ON THE FORUM AND THE FEW CONVERSATIONS WE'VE HAD. IF YOU NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO, PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL. OR BETTER YET, WHY DON'T YOU AND MOE COME ON OVER IN A FEW DAYS AND WE'LL PLAY WITH SOME SNAKES AND MAKE UP SOME NEW NAMES FOR OUR MORPHS. YOUR HYPO HOGGS ARE STILL THE BEST HYPOS AND THE MOST COLORFUL BOAS I HAVE EVER SEEN. I REMEMBER THE DAY MOE BROUGHT A FEW OF THEM OVER AND WHEN HE PULLED THEM OUT OF THE BAG,THEY TOOK MY BREATH AWAY. AS MOST EVERYONE KNOWS, I MAINLY KEEP LOCALITY BOAS, BUT YOUR HYPO HOGGS MADE ME REALIZE THE MAN MADE BOAS COULD BE VERY INTERESTING AND EXCITING. MY CONDOLENCES AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
