Ok, I'm concerned...

I put my oldest "girl" Nannar in with Sigma today. Sigma showed interest at first, started wagging his tail and stalking her. Then all of a sudden they are rolling all over the cage squealing and being pretty nasty to each other. I'm now wondering if Nannar has been a "him" this whole time. Everyone has made it sound like such a sweet and loving act (LOL), that the male walks up and says "Hey baby.." and thats it. Do they usually fight?? Is Nannar probably a male?

I then took Nannar back out and put Abbie in. I'm almost positive that Abbie is a female, but she has been housed with Nannar. If Nannar is a male, and Abbie smells like him, would Sigma attack her?

Jeff

Don`t know much about the whole courtship act, but it`s should be very obvious in any leo that is of breedable age what sex it is.
