Which is the best for worming snakes Panacure granules or paste. What is the dose for snakes?

The dose chart I have from

http://www.vetmed.ufl.edu/sacs/wildlife/antimicrobialtherapy/

states Panacur(fenbendazole) as 50-100 mg per kg by mouth weekly

I would use the paste because it would me much more difficult to figur the dose of granules unless you have a gram scale.
