Brandon,

I keep Strophurus intermedius, williamsi and have a S. spinigerus on the way. The chance to get a pair of S. ciliaris is very exciting, I'm hoping to get some of those later this year, along with some other Strophurus as well. They are pretty straight forward as far as keeping. Nathan Hall as a good care sheet for them on his website, geckosunlimited.com. Also another good site is Brad Teague's, I can't think of the name off the top of my head. Good luck and if you have any questions just holler.

Brad is actually the one who turned me on to the strophurus genus. i love how intense their eyes look. Strophurus spinigerus are awsome looking, who did you buy yours from? Do you have any pics of them or their enclosures?
I've heard they are very calm and handleable, which actually suprised me because of their size (6-7 inches), do you find this to be true with your geckos?
I am going to purchase my ciliaris from kevin Dunne. His breeders are super orange...i can't wait!

P.S. I know Jerry Peebles is big into strophurus, do you know of any ways to contact him?

Hello,

I am a Strophurus fan as well. I've been working with S.c.ciliaris since '93. Despite hatching out over a hundred ciliaris, (Kevin Dunn got his breeders from me in '95-'96) they are still my personal favorite. Some I hatched this season exhibit over 70% "carrot-orange" coloration. Truly insane!!!!! Looking VERY forward to this season's crosses!
