how do you guys bring your corns back up to regular temps? do you just turn the heat back on? do you do it over a period of a few weeks?

It seems to have worked for me.
What I did was bring them out of brumation and put them in a dark closet at room temperature for a week (actually six days) and then put them back in their habitats, with normal heat levels. Leave them at the normal habitat temperatures for a week and then feed them a small prey item to make sure they can digest a meal.
Since then they have each eaten a fuzzie and a fews day later they each had a weanling and again tonight they each received another weanling.
They each eliminted two days after their first fuzzie.
The next day they were given the first weanlings.
They each eliminated three days later (today) so they were given the second weanling tonight.
