We have a veiled chameleon that has some small areas on his belly where the skin didn't shed completely. At first it was one, and now he has three or four about 5 by 5 mm in size and a very dark brown in color. We got him when he was about a month old and has shed every two weeks or so. Best vet in area didn't have a clue. Any help appreciated.

See my comment to the guy who just asked about his jax' shed. Same comments apply. But for small pathches such as you describe, try putting a little mineral oil on the affected area in addition to upping humidity & hydration.
