If you are Posting PICS - they aren't showing up!!!

To anyone posting pics, I'm having a major problem here...
all that appears on your posts is a little box with a red "x".
indicating an 'attachment'. But the attachments don't open.
I see there are many many posts here with that little "x".
How come they don't open????

Try uploading it to the pet hobbyist site by clicking photo gallery and then going to upload pics. Then when you post just go to select image from photo gallery and click the picture. You can host them on other sites but I've found this usually doesnt work..
