what are the best things to feed crckets?, besides that cricket chow stuff

Basically the same things you want you dragon eating. I feed mine a mixture of greens, powdered milk, mixed baby cerial(a flaky combination of wheat, oats, rice, etc.), and cricket water or fruit for moisture.

Personally I don't trust that cricket chow stuff to be an all-in-one source of food. You want your crickets gutloaded with the same foods your dragon eats.
