Very nice!! Where did you get him?

(i like doing that for some reason)
That is one exceptional animal. It also looks like it has character. That is what a radiata should look like.
It looks familiar too. Did you get that from Dr.Z? One day I'll get some. The best of luck with the little guy.

Trying to keep the fun in Chelonian care
I forgot to mention i live in Indonesia.
I got him from a petshop here ( it's a good petshop imo since he keeps all the tort in good condition). The owner said the radiatas are from a breeder in Taiwan. I have 2 other radiatas btw and they all has different personalities lol. They are really the best looking tort imo.
Man, I wish we could find stuff like that here. Did you send me a picture of a radiated way back when? I'll see if I can dig it up but somebody in your neck of the woods sent me a picture of a Radiated and it was a tortoise dreams are made of. Regardless of where you got it... good luck.

I highly suspect that those animals are not being smuggled out of Madagascar and that they are being produced by back yard breeders. This just goes to show how restrictions can actually hinder conservation in some instances.

it's CB allright.radiated are very common in taiwan, almost like redfoot in the us.in america they only sell it by the species,in taiwan they sell it by the variaty, like high yellow, super yellow, high back, yellow sun, etc.for $2000,they can allready get a 1' aldabra or galap.
my importer have lasttime smuggle some radiated from madagascar, you know how much yhey cost?$10 each for a 7-8 incher.6 of the 6 tortoise survive till today.and allready started breeding!
