Ok, what are the temps and humidity?
If he is going into a shed, then he needs a little more humidity,up to 75-80%. Are his eyes cloudy? Is he tongue flicking? If he is sick, don't stress him with a bath. He may need increase in temperatures, but I don't know what your temps are. If he's about a week into the shed, then you have 2-3 days to go till shed. Has he been in for a vet check recently or ever? The head upside down is of concern. If he is generally lethargic and not active at night, I would suggest that you take him to a vet.
