I am thinking of adding a chat function to my Ophidiophile Farms website and hosting a once-a-week chat devoted to colubrids with emphasis on rat snakes. Right now I am thinking about Monday evenings at 10:30 eastern (9:30 central, 8:30 mountain, 7:30 pacific).

Should I bother? Would anyone attend this? If so, is the time good?

Be honest. I thought it'd be fun but I can go either way.

If you had a chat on your website, I'd look forward to logging on during the sessions. There's a few different formats that seems to work out well. You can have specific guests from the field that makes them available those that would like to chat with them. You can schedule specific subjects or items to chat on. I don'tknow how much time and effort you will need each week for the chat, but if I can contribute or help from Bakersfield, CA don't hesitate to contact me David.

Sounds like a really good idea.
For me in Denmark the time is perhaps not the best...is it possible in weekends?
Would be really great to chat with Elaphe-people from around the world

I'd be interested, but i'd be a lot more interested if it was on a weekend. 10:30's a little late for some of us out here on the East Coast.
