wow, i really hope she pulls through! i can't believe shes been sick this long! hopefully she gets better.

... are still here. After what Doug Dix told me and what the vet said, I had doubts that they would be around this long. Their sypmtoms haven't gotten any worse, and they haven't gotten any better. They sleep all day long and I have to force feed them. They are extremely weak and thin. I can see their hip bones... it's so sad. I am giving them Critical Care with Pedialyte everyday and probiotics too. We are doing all we can until the vet calls us with results from the trachea culture. Since the vet had such a hard time getting the culture he wasn't 100% certain that it was a good culture. But he did all he could. We stressed Maya to the max that day at the vet and traumatized her mouth quite a bit. So I'm praying that the culture will come back with some results we can act on. I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything from the vet. Thanks for keeping Maya and Houdini in your prayers.

thats so sad that they aren't pulli through yet....has the vet or doug givin you any idea as to how likely it is they'll recover?

i hope they do...i'll be prayin for you and them this week.
