Let me start by saying I'm not a snake person. I've wanted BRB for years and I ran accross a deal that was to good to pass up.

How big a mouse Do you feed 24 inch animals. I have had them for a few months and they are eating good. I just want to make sure I'm feeding them a big enough mouse.

What size should you start handeling them?

You need to be handling them now if you want docile snakes. If you can, I would handle them at least every other day except right after a meal. If they are still biting, try to not respond when they strike. Just keep doing what you are doing even if one attaches to you.

I also have one about 2 feet long and she is eating adult mice with no problems.

Good luck,
Linda

You don't you feed them rats. They can basically take rat pinkie from birth. Easily. At 4 months of age, most of mine are easily eating small adult mice-sized items.
