What should you mainly give leos to eat? I have 2 baby ones... They like mealworms a lot more than crickets. Seems like they have trouble chasing them so they like the worms better.. I got a Leopard Gecko book though that said don't ever feed them mealworms everyday, only like once a week. Is this true? Because I have been feeding them mealworms only. And crickets maybe once a week. And is it true you can give them veggies? What kind?

mealworms are fine as a staple...wax worms should only be fed as a treat once every week or two at most. I'm not sure..but I don't think its good to feed leos veggies, as their GI tracts aren't made to handle plant matter.

I tend to favor crix as a main food source along with supplementation esp. with babies.. i think its easier for them to digest..beside chasing crickets gives them exercise..i would use mealies for larger geckos..

I feed mine about 6 mealies and 5 crickets every other day and if i see that when i move my finger and she tries to chase it i give her some mealies. I dont really have a clue why it said you shouldnt feed it mealies alot because mine seems healthy and she is digesting them very well. And to answer your question about veggies i wouldnt feed it any. They are mainly carnivores. Also since you have 2 babies if you are going to feed it crickets make sure its the small ones.
