hhhhmmm, tom im sure i remember you a while back going through all the different types of monitors you could own and all the research you were doing, but alas it seems you havent really researched anything, well anything useful.Ive no experience with blrn's but most likeny there skittish like most new monitors are, leave it be for a while to settle in and get used to your presence, maybe you would have been better off sticking with your beardy for a little while longer eh.

1> my blrn poops n pees when ever i take her out of her cage is this normal?

Yes. It's small and frightened. One of their lines of defence is to defecate when nervous. It may still do it when it stops being nervous, for they prefer not to defecate near where they sleep.

2> wat do you feed a adult blrn and how many a week?

Mice are probably best when it is an adult. When you were doing all your research to find a monitor that doesn't eat mice, roughnecks didn't fall into that list. By the time it is an adult you'll know how many mice to give it a week. No one else can tell you but the monitor, for it will grow/not grow, get fat/stay skinny.

3> wat substrate do eveyonje use i use carpet so she can swollow any wood or anything?

Dirt with leaf litter will probably suit the monitor better, but someone that keeps roughnecks is more suited to answer that question (Dragoon, where are you). Carpet sucks.

By the way, if you want more people to answer your posts in future, try not to abbreviate your animal's name in the title. Not as many people are going to respond to 'blrn' as 'black roughneck'.
